Appearance:
Brown hair, wavy, and quite lengthy, reaching below her shoulders. Her eyes are just as brown as her hair and compliment it beautifully. Her eyelashes are fuller than most and quite long and luscious. And, of course, a beautiful smile, as long as you are lucky enough to see it.

Souls is around 5'5", slightly short for her age. Her stature says tall and thin though and she holds herself accordingly. Although she looks thin, from her work as a farmer she has become quite toned and strong. Her knuckles and and hands are either scabbed or callused from working them hard and her fingernails are chewed down low from her poor habit of biting them. She has a darker complexion, but compared to that of the workers around District 10 it is pretty much the normal darkness of skin.

Souls is usually wearing farm clothing, such as flannel shirt and blue jeans and boots, but she also wears a knife sheath over her shoulder and a sharp knife inside her flannel shirt. She sometimes wears her hair up, but it is normally down. When she isn't wearing farm clothing, she is wearing a tank top shirt and some nice shorts, where she can easily conceal her knife. Souls is always wearing her lucky bracelet, which is a piece of leather tied to a colorful, flat stone. She keeps it on all the time.

Personality:
Sheltered and shy.

Souls is quite the secretive type. She pretty much keeps to herself and doesn't attempt to make conversation. But on the occasion she is caught in a conversation she will be sure to use her great sense of humor and smile to help her through it. She doesn't open up to most people, only her closest friends. And if you do get the chance to see her open up, you are in for some great fun.

Helpful and careful.

Souls is a very helpful person. She is always helping out others and doing the job correctly, careful to finish it properly. She enjoys making others feel happy by assisting them in anyway she can. Her caring carries over in her work on multiple farms and she works great with animals. {{ Souls is often seen petting and chatting with animals. She finds this comforting knowing they will always be listening.}}

Explicit and mouthy.

Yea, Souls has a bit of a naughty mouth. She tends to curse ... like quite often. She can get a bit mouthy when she is annoyed and mean words that she doesn't actually mean flow from her lips. Not only that but when she explains things, no matter how perverted or nasty they may be, she explains them done to detail. It can gross people out or tick people off.

Persuasive and deceiving.

Souls is great at working up a quick lie. And she has the persuasive skills to evade suspicion. She can be a bit deceiving and a liar at times but it is always to do something she feels is necessary. Many find her sneaky but she really isn't anything but a child. {{Souls's persuasiveness comes out better on paper, making her a great writer.}}

Rebellious and a leader.

Souls is a rebel. Breaking the rules often for the greater good or back talking a Peacekeeper to save a friend. She pretty much doesn't follow the guidelines of the Capitol, at least to a certain extent. She is a true leader at heart and shows great initiative in any situation. A very intuitive girl makes for a great leader.

Smart and determined.

Souls is a very educated girl. She is not only book smart and school smart, but she understands nature and the real-world as well. She often follows politics and religious chatter around District 10 just to keep up in the adult world. She cannot stand being wrong about anything. She is determined to be the best she can be in school and out. She is determined as a worker as well, working hard to achieve her goals.

Gambler and inconsequential.

Souls tends to make choices that are a gamble. She doesn't always think of the consequences that can occur from her decisions, feeling determined she can win or beat the problem. She is always gambling her life, knowing she would be losing her life so others could have a better one. It does scare her parents the way she thinks, but she isn't changing. {{Souls enjoys playing poker because of her gambling pleasures.}}

Sense of humor and entertaining.

Souls has a great sense of humor. Although that trait is like a defense mechanism for when she doesn't know what to say in a conversation. Souls is always making a fool of herself so others can enjoy themselves. • Souls father is Jeremy Klergy and her mother is Evangeline Klergy. She has a younger brother named Marten and a younger sister named Romalane. (Often call her 'Ro' for short.)
•Both her parents work harvesting chicken eggs and selling chicken meat.
• Her family is richer than most around them, having so many chickens to sell and eggs to sell as well. Her family hires many people in the area to help with work around their farm and pays them for their time.
• Her family is known around District 10 as being generous and kind.
•Her brother has a bit of a an phobia of weapons, specifically knives. No one understands why but they really attempt to keep knives away from his vision.

Personal Events
•Souls broke her hand once after falling from a tree she was climbing in a nearby orchard.
•Souls was put into the nearby school and took it very seriously, studying and things so she could succeed.
•During a point in Souls life when she was about 7 her family had trouble keeping the chickens alive due to a disease that killed alot of them. They became very poor for a brief time before a treatment was discovered.
•Souls is always breaking the rules. Some of the notable ones were smuggling food for her family and others who were poor. She doesn't always get caught but Peacekeepers do have their eyes on her.
•Souls is really good at poker. Any kind. She is also good at using knives as weapons. Sadly her brother is frightened of them.
•Souls is secretly quite religious. She believes in Christ and that he shall guide her through her ultimate quest.
•Souls wields a knife well and always has it on her for protection and work on the farm.
•Souls is a great leader and is currently attempting to make a little rebellion group to help keep food for themselves instead of giving it all to the Capitol.

Souls true goal in life is to be helpful and achieve a great life for others all over Panem. She will do all she can, whether it is a small deed or one of a great movement, to help and protect and save others from the destruction of the Capitol.
