He has the natural Seam look to him. He has dark brown hair that looks like the tree trunk. He has dull gray eyes that makes him look like a cat. He has a long pointed nose. He has vibrant red lips. In those lips are perfectly straight white teeth. He has a thin body structure from all the months he experienced with no food.

He has amazing bone structure. He has a square jaw and high cheek bones. He is really tall and slender. His height is 5 foot 8 inches. Which is why people always stare at him. He has long legs that helped him reach that height. He has long slender arms. They might be slender but they can be used as a weapon if he is holding knives, swords and bow and arrows.

He doesn't have a dark colored skin. In fact he is the opposite of dark. He is really pale because of the months of hunger his family has experienced. He is as pale as a ghost compared to the others. Another reason why people stare at him. He seems to perfect but in his right hand he lost a finger because of one of the snares he set up for a rabbit while he was hunting.

He wears a dirty whit colored shirt. He wears black colored pants. It's color is as black as coal. He loves the color black because he thinks it makes him look mysterious wearing it. Inside one of the pockets in the pants is a razor sharp pocket knife. He always brings it around because he says it's handy to use. He also wears black shoes.

Most of his clothes looks like this because he just loves how the color just looks great together. Most of his clothes were also made by his mom.

Coalin is a really kind person. He loves to help people the best that he can. He loves to talk and meet people. You might think his rich for this attitude but he isn't. He can spear the little food he has for kids who are starving be cause he experienced how it was to be hungry.

He loves to make new friends. He talks to random people he meets in the streets. People think he's weird for this. But others say he is just being nice. He is also really polite to elder people. When he tries to make friends with people uses his charm to make them want to be friends with him.

He is really violent when you make him really angry. He has problems to the people who are so ungrateful. If he does something good to you he expects you to say thank you.

He has huge respect to his mother for firmly believing in what she thinks is right. But there was a time when he lost his respect for her. But in the end he regained his respect for her when she said sorry to him.

The flaw he has is that he has a mental problem. He usually talks to himself when he is alone. When he is having difficulty making a choice he usually argues with himself. People say it's weird. But to him he thinks it's good because he has dual personalities. He doesn't care what people think of him as long as he's happy he doesn't care what they think.

He had a difficult childhood. His parents weren't that rich. So they didn't always have food on their table. They were forced to beg in the streets of district 12. They spent months begging on the street. His father wanted to work in the mines but his mom said no because she was afraid for his safety. She said that she doesn't care if they beg in the street as long as they were together as a family.

One day Coalin was in the street begging. When suddenly he noticed the fence wire. "Why do we have that here?" he thought. "Well it's to keep us out of the forest and to keep wild animals away" his intelligent side thought. "But we can use that to our advantage." he thought. "How we eat the wire. That's stupid you know that." his intelligent side said. "No we go hunting for wild animals." his survivor side said. "Right how did I miss that!" he thought. So he went to the fence and looked at it for some time. "How do I get over it." he thought for a moment. "Well, go under it! Duh!" his intelligent side said. So what he did was he touched it first. "Okay it's not turned on so it can't electrocute me." So he went under it and took out his knife. He wasn't familiar with the forest so he left marks for him to follow so that he wouldn't get lost.

His first visit to the forest he brought home a rabbit and a turkey. His mom asked where he got the food. He said that he went to the forest. When his mom herd this she became furious. She told him never to go back to the forest. When his mom said this he was outraged. He said is this the thanks he get for getting the food. But his mom replied that they should follow the rules and not disobey them. She said it's better that they beg in the street than disobey the rules. Well he replied that that was the same thing she said to his dad and look where it brought them. He said that it was selfish of her to say that. He said that she should look at everyone around her and she could see that most of them were already dying. He stood up from the table and went to his room with out saying anything more. They didn't talk to each other for 3 weeks.

But then when his mother had time to reflect on this. She immediately went to Coal and said sorry. Coal was happy to accept her sorry.

After months of hunting, there were peacekeepers who went to his house. They were looking for him. Coal was scared out of his wits. But then the peacekeepers said that he can continue hunting and training as long as he spares at least 2 rabbits for them. They also asked that he should at least give them strawberries. Their last agreement was that one peacekeeper should go with him every time he is going hunting.

One day he set up a really amazing trap for a rabbit because of it's amazingness it cut off his finger when he tried to get the rabbit out. But luckily their was a peacekeeper with him. The peacekeeper didn't know what to do so he just brought him to his mom. He didn't scream but when he got home and asked his mom to treat it. When she was putting medicine on it that was the time he screamed really loud that peacekeepers went to check on them. Coal told them he cut off his finger while slicing carrots. Well they believed it and let it pass.

After his little accident he stopped using traps and settled for killing it with knives. When he was already good in hunting he learned that there is a place where you can trade what you have for other things. So he went their and brought home rice and 3 rabbits.

After all of the sufferings he experienced. In the end he became happy. He became satisfied with his life.

So you're going to think I sound like a broken record... xD But, same issues here. How on earth did he get away with hunting/training in D12? Are you prepared for him to go the Detention Center, because now that it's back up, anyone can report a crime.

Also, his first time hunting, he wouldn't know how without guidance. How did he catch anything?
