Claire is five foot four inches tall, and weighs 120 pounds. She has long, slightly curly blonde hair. Her eyes are a bluish grey color. Her slightly tanned skin is odd, with a bumpy and sandpapery feel. A lot of people tease her about this. She hates it, but has to live with it. Claire doesn't worry too much about it though.

Claire wears flowers in her hair a lot. She loves roses and mini daisies. Her face and clothes are covered in dirt smudges most of the time from helping with the animals. She wears jeans and a t-shirt usually, unless it's reaping day. On reaping day, or other special holidays, she wears a light turquoise dress. Claire's a major tomboy and doesn't care what people think.

Claire is a quiet, shy girl. She hides her emotions from others most of the time, which can sometimes be a bad thing. Occasionally, she'll hide her feelings for so long they overwhelm her, and she'll break down. Usually this doesn't happen. She enjoys riding horses on her dad's little farm. She loves animals. Her hobbies include reading, riding, making homemade jewelry, baking, and cooking.

Claire's skills vary widely. She loves climbing trees, although she doesn't climb very fast. Her dad's tried to get her to help butcher the animals to sell and eat, but Claire often stays far away from that sort of stuff. She gets squeamish at the sight of a lot of blood at once. Nevertheless, she can use a knife and a bow easily. However, when armed with a spear or a sword, she isn't good at using them.

Claire can be stubborn at times. She gets rather angry when people other than her family tries to tell her what to do. She also hates being scared by others. Claire will become furious and attack or punch if you make her really mad. Otherwise, she'll just hide her feelings and they'll come out as tears later.

Claire's mother, father, and little sister live together at their small house on the outside of town. Claire's father owns a small farm where they raise and sell chickens, horses, sheep, pigs, and a few cows. Claire loves helping out on the ranch and especially riding the horses.

Claire's little brother died at a young age. His death hurt Claire's mother the most. For a long time, Claire's father had to take care of the family while her mom recovered. Claire also helped out a lot during the year after her brother's death. After a while, her mother salvaged the rest of her strength and resumed her duties as mother.

Claire's little sister, Megan, is bubbly and talkative. Claire often has fun telling stories to her sister when she was younger about exciting, made up adventures. Most of the stories were less violent reenactments of the previous games, where all the tributes became friends and 'they all lives happily ever after'. Megan loved these stories. Claire enjoyed telling them.

Claire owns a pet lop bunny named Violet. She adores her pet. Megan also keeps a German Shepherd. Claire owns a tall, dapple-grey horse that she enjoys riding around the town and the farm. Claire loves and cherishes her family.
