Pretty buff person for his age. HE is white and has brown hair with a little blond in it. He is skinny about the weight of 110-120 pounds. He is about 5"4-5"5. He has a weird skin color it is sort of tannish and white. He has short hair all the time because it doesn’t grow more then an inch. Ryan’s eyes is the color of the ocean when a storm hit’s the land.

Certain times in the day his hair looks like it is like it is on fire from the way the brown and blonde mix in the hair color. He has a tattoo on his right arm that goes all the way down to his fingers that is about his like because it shows the devil and ange

Ryan is normal person he doesn’t talk to people unless it is necessary. He does what he is told and does it to a dime. e follows any order told to him and never disobeys. He is like a robot but he can feel pain but never shows it.

He has 1 flaw is that he tends to think bout his family. He thinks about the life he left for his younger brother to join the peace keepers. He also gets distracted a little easy so he does tend to forget some stuff that isn’t to important to him.

Ryan’s other trait is that he is dead accurate with a rifle. He can hit a moving target from 400 yards away when it is moving. The flaw with him being able to do that is he lost the sense of awareness when people try to come from behind on him.

Ryan has a nice temper to he will try to be nice to people in the district unlike other peacekeepers who are jerks. Unless someone tryst to kill him he is most likely not to hurt anyone or do anything without a reason.

Ryan is also independent. He only looks on himself to do everything. He does this because he doesn’t trust other people to do it how he wants it. All he has seen how other people do stuff.

Ryan grew up in district 12 filled with a life of taking orders from everyone. When he was only 10 he started working with his dad who knew peace keepers really well. So that was when Ryan was forced to have the soldier mentality. So he started working out everyday from then on.

At the age of 9 Ryan’s mom died from a horrible disease that ravaged his area. It was a little plague that ended up making Ryan horrible sick for a few years. The plague like sickness had killed off his mom on the first day she had it. The plague had come as a shock to the people and to Ryan’s family as a shock because they were the only ones that got hit.

At the age of 11 Ryan saw his first killing in public. The guy was killed because he has stolen from a shop. So the guy was tied to a pole face toward the pole and then his legs were tied to a rope which was attached to a horse. Then the head peacekeeper hit the horse and the horse bolted down the way and the guy was torn in half. Ryan saw this and he knew that was what he wanted to do in life.

At the age of 13 he was allowed so go shoot with the peacekeepers when they did training. That is how he started to shoot to well. At the age of 15 he was given a gun from 1 of is dads friend who was a peace keeper. So on Ryan’s free time he would go shooting and work on disassembling and reassembling the gun.

After getting a hold of the gun he got a hold of a uniform and started messing with peace keepers.
