APPEARANCE.
→ pale skin--mild acne.
→ 120 pounds // 5'4".
→ light brown, straight hair--very thin and oily.
→ green, large, oval eyes--good eyesight.
→ small nose--easily red in winter.
→ big ears--usually hidden behind hair.
→ long eyelashes--thing eyebrows.
→ rosy, sullen cheeks.
→ thin lips--dark pink color.
→ smooth chin.
→ long neck--vainy.
→ sloping shoulders.
→ skinny arms--no muscle.
→ flat stomach--able to count ribs.
→ skinny legs--knock-kneed.
→ small feet and hands--dirty nails.
→ wears whatever she can found--always the locket her mom gave to her.
PERSONALITY.
→ shy, meek, timid.
→ comedic in a twisted way.
→ very friendly.
→ doesn't get too close to anyone.
→ "i don't care where my heart is, i'll never find home."
→ travels all around district eight, doesn't work.
→ friends support her with necessities.
→ very curious--doesn't show it.
→ loves laughing.
→ scared of death.
→ loves all types of animals.

HISTORY.
→ born and raised in district eight.
→ born a twin--younger.
→ learned to talk and walk at age two--first word was "no!".
→ at age five mom developed a drug-addiction--chloe was scared and didn't talk to her mom.
→ age seven her mom almost accidentally killed herself--got off drugs and lived with her mom for a few years.
→ age nine chloe met kelsey--best friends.
→ age eleven chloe's house burnt down--lived with kelsey's family.
→ age twelve mom came back home--chloe didn't talk to her for a few months.
→ age fourteen chloe and her mom got into a fight--chloe ran away.
→ age fifteen chloe was still on the run, and went back home only to see kelsey--she ended up tagging along.
→ together, they survived off of food from the street and clothes they found.
→ now, chloe has developed a crush for kelsey, and would do anything for her.
