Tall and thin he appears to not be the most muscular. With white skin that is fairly clean for a member of district three, he appears to have been raised well. He doesn't appear to be starving; however he doesn't look like he eats a healthy amount either. His hair shows the pollution in district three, being an unnaturally dirty blonde. His green eyes are so enchanting they almost appear to be glowing.

He has a noticeable scar across his left eye that, while assumed to be from a simple accident, the cause is unknown. It is noticeable that, while not visibly guessable, he is pretty fast. And his good clean clothe show he came from a wealthier family. He is noticeably energetic, moving around a lot. And while not the best looking, he isn't too ugly either.

He doesn’t talk much, only talking when talked to, but sometimes not even then. He always uses machines, at least when he’s allowed too. You can tell by his fingers that he uses it too much. He has a strain disorder in his left thumb due to his chosen profession in computers. He also is very weak in the wrists due a horrible habit of slamming them together when he’s bored. That’s why when he has nothing to do he is always studying. However, what he has been studying is unknown.

Never abandoning goals is the sole thing that Colti prides himself in. He believes that the only proper way to help is to help perfectly, no matter if no one else believes it's perfect or not. While despising the mutations of glorious life, he enjoys learning about how the world naturally evolves. Rarely leaving the injured, he is always trying to help others live life to the best it can be. In other words, he loves the world. But he is very shy to all but his one true friend, Raina Tark. He jitters whenever he talks to someone else and usually gets picked on because of it.

But he has a makeup for this. He is extremely smart, and gets mad when someone makes a mistake. He jokes about the games all the time with his friend, saying that they could win it and be famous if they just had teams. He calms himself down by doing math in the air, much to the irritation of everyone. It’s become a bad habit more than stress relief, especially since these games started. He does it to get himself to sleep, and does it to keep him awake. Basically if he needs help with something, he does it. He is extremely talented with programming, even starting to make his own house voice operated.

He is well known in the district for being the genius who can’t talk. While he and Raina don’t have any relationship besides being friends, you can tell they like each a lot. They agreed that if they get reaped the same year, as soon as they have to kill each other they will kill themselves. They talk together, eat together, and even once in a while come over to the others house. But mainly just for work. They always talk about opening a business together in the future installing voice controls in houses. He would do the programming, she would do the engineering. She would rather do that then work in a factory, and she’s already good at it.

Raised in fairly high class by Rax and Partra Mallen, a computer engineer and weapon designer respectively. He always got new technology to feed his crave for technology, yet most he couldn’t even use for years. He got very adept the computer though, becoming as fast at typing as a kid his age could get. Always being taught new things, however, only fueled his quest for knowledge.

When he started school he already had a head start in front of all the others, being taught by his parents early. He soon met Raina Tark, somehow not noticing her as his next door neighbor all these years. They instantly became friends, both being from good families. Sadly this was when he started jittering too. He would be shy whenever someone talked to him and freeze up. He got better at not doing that, but instead jittered now. He would always wish he could just talk, but he knows this will probably never happen. And if it does, he probably won’t even know what to say.

Once he got to computer classes he truly shined. He instantly became interested in programming and got in trouble quite a few times for trying to change the computers software. But a teenager with his same passion also saw his skill and decided to help teach him more about it, Prime Xarter. He would teach him everything he knew about programming from how to hack into a computer’s hardware to how to make keywords to instantly get rid of the change.

But that only lasted for about two years, before the disappearance. He went away without a trace and was never found. Ever since then he has tried to keep his legacy by learning as much about programming as possible and keeping his grade top of the line. He has always searched for clues about his whereabouts, but hasn’t found anything. Being the only person he wasn’t related too besides Raina he could talk to without jittering, he has always felt emptiness inside since he disappeared.

Knowing a failure in programming can get him blamed for hacking the government and getting avoxed, he has changed to voice control software for the time being. He is picked on now more than ever, despite his economic status, but still try’s to live life to the fullest and pursue his goals. And in this dark time, he needs all the courage he can get with the games. He has been trained for three months now, but still feels like he is weak. He is starting to talk to others without jittering, but usually starts out doing it. With a new social skill he is determined to finally talk his knowledge to others, without taking two minutes to say hi.
