Cara is small and not that tall... She is practically shorter than all of the 11 year-olds in District 6. She's easily recognizable though, not because of her height, because of her eyes. One of her eyes is green, and the other is blue. Cara's skin is a light tan-ish color, and her hair is a deep blonde.

Cara is very skinny. Her lips are always a light pink because she used an experimental make-up when she was eight and it permanently changed her lip color. Cara has smaller hands and feet, and she can't often reach things.

Cara is very intelligent. She's constantly thinking of improvements and advances in whatever subject she's in, and constantly connecting that knowledge to her other subjects. She's wired to operate non-stop and rarely sleeps more than four hours. Cara is loved by many people, but she rarely has time to love them back because she's working so hard.

Cara is a planner, she plans the smallest projects deeply. She makes sure that every detail is perfect before starting anything. This carries over to her physical life, where she analyzes everything in the situation before acting. Cara is very worrisome, and has to test things before she attempts to do anything.

It's extremely rare for Cara to act on impulse or to do something for the first time. Cara predicts situations and can tell something that might happen in the future by observing everything going on. (Not Psychic) She is always making sure that she puts safety first.

Cara is the daughter of two very different people. Their story is one of the odds being completely in Cara's favor:

Her father was an anti-Capitol citizen of District Six. He was selected by the Capitol to donate sperm because of his genes and how he looked. His black hair and deep green eyes made him a prime candidate for genetic selection. He complied because the alternative was death, not because he wanted to.

Her mother was a loyal Capitol citizen, gold lipstick and purple-green eyeliner, and she was selected by the Capitol because of her genes and her abilities in many subjects. Her blue eyes and bright blonde hair made her stand out in the Capitol. She didn't realize that she was supposed to carry the baby until it was already fertilized.

After Cara was born, she wasn't even offered to her mother. Cara was sent to District Six to live with her father. Her mother tried to sue the Capitol, but Cara was already in custody of her father.

Although it seemed like neither of her parents wanted her, Cara still kept her head up and delved solely into her studies. She figured that if she were to get smart enough, she may be able to live in the Capitol and find her mother.

Driven by this goal, Cara developed an eidetic memory, and was able to focus of many situations at once. Her 'genius' gifts may just bring her to meet her mother... (But that's to be determined by the Role-Play)
