Tesla's hair was always raggedy and greasy, for he almost never showered but always managed to keep a decent smell. His eyes were yellow and he always kept up with his skin tone. He had multiple burn marks and a small twitch in his hand from when he shocked himself. Most of the burns came from failed attempts at inventions, which always failed, but he enjoyed the opportunity.

He was scrawny, most of District 6 was, and he always had the urge to scrap with others. He enjoyed dressing fancy, so he wore khakis and a red t-shirt. the khakis was usually the fancy part of the outfit, never the t-shirt. His other scars came from mechanical issues with whatever mechanical items he was using.

Tesla is a moderately nice person. He could hurt anyone without them knowing it though if it came down to it. He was really good with wiring and electricity and that was where he got the name sparky. He worked at one of the manufacturing places to make the electronics that where mainly shipped to the Capitol. No one really knew where it went after that.

He was also very withdrawn. It's not that he didn't like people he just wasn't liked by many other people. He was always the loner in events and would only leave the house with someone if it was required by law.

He really wanted someone to love under it all. Even an animal if he could. And underneath that all he felt at home in the world of loneliness which killed him on the inside. He wanted friends that cared and didn't use him for his ability with electricity.

Tesla's parents never really payed much attention to him when he was born. The fed him and changed him. As an infant he played with a lot of his fathers tools, making his interest in building things raise through the roofs. And as he got older he asked his father to teach him everything he could. And his father gladly did. His father wasn't the best looking, like him.

As he got older and went to school he got in anything he could about building and manufacturing. He was the best in his class and that's probably made everyone frown upon him. And as he progressed, the people of the school frowned more and more, making him an outcast at school. Then one week he was punched in the face, breaking his nose.

When he turned 14, he started working at the factory. He was pretty fast, but not as fast as most of the people there. He started to learn from the best and began to try to invent his own things with stuff that he managed to swipe from the factory. As he got older his attempts got more and more successful.
