Hair of red and eyes that are brown, just like her father’s, skin a milky white, spattered in freckles, this is Coast Murray-Deef.

She’s tall, 5’9”, and lanky; a gene common on her mother’s side, though in every other way possible, Coast resembles her father, a reality she embraces with a great sense of pride, for he is someone she adores completely.

Just give me one more reason to hold on.
Just a night-
While a second stop before our eyes
A second chance could save us.

The only daughter born to the family, Coast has developed into nothing less than a tomboy. She detests anything resembling a skirt, and would be much more comfortable in a pair of overalls, helping her father with one of the oil rigs.

Growing up with so many men, Coast has lost much of once was a brain filter and almost all sense of what is proper to speak of in public. With the vocabulary of a sailor, she has no qualm of speaking out of turn of things that quite shock her mother’s friends, in turn, putting herself into some rather uncomfortable situations.

This does not mean, however, that Coast is not a kind individual. She is extremely giving, and likes to help others in her own way. Though that way is not always considered to helpful or considerate, she always means the best.

After everything we’ve lost -
From a flame that burned.

With five older brothers, Coast was welcomed by her parents as a very welcome change. However, it became quickly apparent that she was not to be the conventional young lady.

Instead, she took great joy in helping her father with his work, and picking fights with her brothers.

The idea of love has never been present in Coast’s mind, to the great annoyance of her mother, who wished to advise her daughter in such matters. Though what she does not know, is of the feelings her daughter harbors toward other woman.
