This is me not caring (ATOA, closed)

I couldn't care less what was going on. Right now I decided to actually do some serious thinking.
As I wove the trapping wire, I thought back to Fyuori. After the teacher's lesson on Machiavelli, she was constantly quoting the Italian guy. "All n' all," she'd told me, "Do EVERYTHING in your power to win. I want to see your ****ing face along with that matching @$$ back here, three months tops. You got me?"
So, first off: appeal to the people. I already did that with my interview. Pretty kick-@$$, I have to admit. Second: GAIN POWER. Let nothing stand in my way. Appeal to others, decieve them, etc, etc. So, where do I start...?
I glanced at the kid next to me, who was working on a trap of his, own. I'd seen him in hand-to-hand combat, he was pretty good. I myself relied more on sniping and stealth; having a guy like that on my side would be a good balance. Plus, that pocket watch is pretty sweet.

((Eh heh, BTW, it's spelled "collar", color is well...a color. Like red.))

Ah, so the kid want's to size up to me. No big deal.
Grabbing a stick, I broke it into small splinters with a few snaps. Taking some wire of varying thickness, I recalled the miniature trebuchet I'd built a few years ago (although this one was Fyouri's "adaptation" which used the least material to make). Scattering some leaves on it, I picked up another dummy and promplty dropped its foot on the spring, causing the wire to slip around and cut halfway into the neck even as more springs shot the splinters into the dummy's torso.
Not as flashy as this guy's, but certainly less clean-up. Gore was cool, but I had a feeling I wanted to play it clean for once.

I shrugged. Time to go more the violent way. (Halo was DEFINITELY on my mind as this went on.)
Going over to the archery section, I picked up the most bad-@$$ looking bow, loaded five arrows at once, and fired at a dummy 10 feet away. Then I took 4 more arrows and fired again. I stood back as I observed the jagged "X" in the center of the dummy.

I gave him my usual stare. This guy was kinda blunt; a possible mark of stupidity. But then again, I can't make assumptions.
Wham, this guy gets me in the guts. I feign pain, but Patryck, Terry, and I have been doing this for too long. The kid steps in a wire loop, so I duck down and yank on the wire, promptly tripping the kid. Then I grab the wire and loop it around his neck, pulling lightly.
"I'm Jaysi, your worst nightmare. And I think we'll make one helluva team," I say as the startled supervisors and other tributes gather around us. I let up, grinning. "Y'know, technically we're not s'possed to be fighting like this already..."
