Like, what crimes would bring torture? How bad does a character have to be to become an Avox?

With quite a few of the staff members in the Games and a lot going on with the site, the detention center has been moving more slowly than it should be. No new characters have been admitted into the DC because everything has been so busy, but the detention center is going to be up and running again as soon as we have more characters to detain.

Remember that you can report characters HERE and you are not restricted to the crimes listed if something is not there that you feel should be. Everyone is encouraged to report any character who has committed a crime of some sort in a thread. The more characters reported, the faster the DC will be active again.

If you have a Peacekeeper and you would like to participate in an interrogation thread some time in the future, please PM me about it and I'll see what I can do.

EDIT: Please note that when reporting characters, I do not want a character from a thread older than 3 months or so. No one-year-ago threads, please.

And I've tried to click on the link both at home and in my public library.
