Winona Kirby, District 4

Winona is usually nice, although naiive and irresponsible at times. She slacks off and forgets about the job at hand. She daydreams a lot, and you can usually catch her singing to herself.

Winona lived a normal District 4 life until she was 13, when her parents and brother, Kayle, were lost at sea. Since then, her uncle has let her have a job at his shoreline cleanup business, although she is a terrible employee. Other than that, Winona has had nothing significant happen in her life. If she had to retell her life story right now, she wouldn't have much to say.
