RAXES!

Raxes arrived at the chariot station, in a bad mood, as usual. She pranced over to her district's chariot and smiled at the girl tribute she would mentoring, "Well, Parikay, how you feeling?" she asked. She noted the girls confidence and a smirk formed on Raxes' face. "Atta girl, you show them what you're made of, remember, keep your head held high and keep that smile on your face, you'll do great," she said, in an inspiring tone.

Raxes smiled and gave Parikay an encouraging smile, "You look beautfil, your stylist did magnificently," Raxes said, remembering her own opening ceremony ensemble. Raxes looked around at the other chariot's she worked hard to suppress a laugh as she spotted district 10. Poor kids, they have no chance. Raxes looked back to Parikay, "Remember, you could be district ten..." she said, sarcastically.

Aeralia relaxed a little at Mab's words, even giving the mentor a rare smile. "You really think so?" she asked anxiously, wringing her hands. "I didn't really want to go for the traditional theme, because I know it's been done before, but... Oh, do you really think it turned out okay?" She bit her lip, stretching up onto her toes to see how her tributes were doing. Neither looked like they were about to throw up, at least. Maybe it reallt was going to turn out alright.

She hadn't realized just how very tense she was; she bent her neck first one way, then the other, wincing as it cracked. "Thanks, Mab," she said, smiling once more. "I just hope..." she trailed off, not sure how to approach the actual point of the Opening Ceremonies: to impress the spectators, and hopefully win sponsors. She wasn't a tactful person; words were not her forte. After an agaonizing moment of floundering, she blurted out, "Do you think they have a chance?" Despite her concerns for herself and her future as a stylist, she really didn't want to see the poor kids die. At least one would have to, of course- but maybe this year, one of hers would pull through...

I take in a deep breath as my mentor comes up to me, "im feeling, incredible, i mean... Look at me!" i squeal, excited of course. I let out a small giggle as she mentions the horrible way district 10 looks. I then wave her goodbye and wait for the nerves to settle down a bit, im so excited, i cant believe Boq did this, he's amazing.

I readied my tribs, i thought of a cute little nick name, 'tribs', I sigh, im a genius. I look at them and make sure their flowy black capes studded with black onix jewels flow properly, once i think ive got them just the way I want them I go over to Red, or Green.. oh right, Blue. I go over to Blue and the child, another nickname ive developed, and 'zuj' her hair. "You're gorgeous, try sticking out your tummy, you dont want to scare them," i tell her, referring to panem. I sigh and walk over to the boy, i give him a small reassuring smile, he looks rather adorable in his white collared, short sleeved shirt and black, studded vest. "Knock em' dead Kid," i tell him, making a ball with my fist and waving it into the air... I jump from the chariot, all black, its a bit depressing, hopefully it looks EDGY. That's what i was going for...

I give them one last thumbs up and watch as they stroll away... I guess i have a reason to be proud, they're stunning with the lights bouncing off the stones and jewels embedded in their clothes... I beam at my team, "We did it!" I tell them happily.

Xion turned as he heard a familiar yelp behind him. Finally, the girl had decided to show up. And she really didn't look happy. At all.

Without warning, Lund walked up to Xion and slapped him across the face. "Ow!" he yelled, rubbing his cheek tenderly. "Really, you need to control your anger." he smiled his snide smile.

"So, I take your slap to mean you don't like the costumes? What seems to be the problem with them? Just a bit too....Hmmm, how to put it...Shiny? Yes, that's the word."

He prepared to jump away should the crazy dancer lady attacked him again.
