The 60th Quell Hunger Games?

The arena for the 60th Quell Hunger Games is an hourglass that is constantly filling with blood-red sand. Three massive towers made of unbreakable glass stand equal distances apart, each with some sort of ecosystem on each floor. New floors located above will be impossible to reach until the sand fills high enough for tribute to enter. They should be warned, however, that they will only have a minimal amount of time to explore — while sand never seems to *enter* the towers themselves, it certainly fills enough to trap a tribute inside to die.
