Cruil Overland, District Three (Done)

Again, District Three is a small, densely urban district. That means there are pretty much no fields, meadows, or even gardens. Asphalt, cement, some more asphalt, buildings, factories, more paved things, more buildings... not so much on the nature. So, no, there is definitely no hunting within District Three. I suppose there would be some insects, but no small game.

Also, your character is still born as a Wanderer, so he still does not exist as a District kid and is still not Reapable.

There are no coal mines in District Three.

How would his family know the Capitol had "found them out" ahead of time? If they'd been found, wouldn't the Capitol have just gone ahead and captured them? What would cause a delay there?

What "gate" are the kids being dropped off at? If it's a gate in the fence of District Three, that's probably a no-go. Think about it, would the Capitol want to welcome Wanderers back? Nope, they would not. That would mean admitting there are people who know how to survive outside the Districts and therefore outside the Capitol's "protection." They'd more likely be avoxed in that situation.

If he trains when he's supposed to be sleeping... when does he sleep?

I'm not trying to be overly difficult about this or anything, but when you want to do complicated things... you generally have to give detailing reasoning to back it up. I'm all about unusual things, but you've got to have a sense of logic to back it up especially when it comes to hunting and Games training in places where that's not a social norm. So you might want to take a bit of time to think his history over and really rework it, so it truly works. ^^

I'll be honest, at the moment he's a Gary Stu and that's the major reason I haven't accepted him. D: He's described as good looking (complete with bulging muscles, beauty, heart melting, piercing eyes, grace), charming, talented, warm, sturdy, responsible, sensible, patient, determined, trustworthy, able to convince people to do ANYTHING with utter ease, well liked, hardworking, motivated, AMAZING, strong, agile, well-aimed, perfect reputation, always gets exactly what he wants...

I re-read through this several times, but I can't find a single flaw to him. Realism is key here — no real person is this perfect, even beautiful and talented people have some kind of flaws to balance them out and make them human. What does he dislike about himself? What do other people dislike about him? How do these things change the way he thinks and acts, how does it affect the way he presents himself to the world?

I'm still not a fan of the whole career training in a non-career District thing, especially since it doesn't feel completely justified logic-wise, but I'll be lenient and let it slide a bit if you can flesh him out more realistically. Remember: even though you say he can do all these awesome things, if he's Reaped, none of it will actually improve his chances of winning the Games.

Last note: I'm gonna go ahead and say he can't have the books on plants and animals. I get that you're trying to make him qualify for exempt status from the edible plants station in case he's Reaped, but... that's probably not something your average D3 family would have laying around. So, I'ma go ahead and veto his potential plant knowledge, sorry.
