Come here ya nasty! [Julian vs. 1 Pygmie Cattle]

Upon entering the eastern tower, Julian almost immediately knew this would not be the place to find food. In the expansive open fields, he could see little to no life in the distance and certainly no vegetation that would provide any nutrition. He cursed under his breathe, turning to head back the way he came. Out of the corner of his eye he caught some movement in the brush and sliced his glaive through the air as a warning to anything that may be nearing him. He stood still, breathing silently for a moment, waiting for something to attack, however no such thing came.

Slowly, the sleek boy moved forward in his usual predatorial way, slinking through the grass like a large wild cat. His eyes grew wide, as did his grin as his starving gaze fell upon a pygmie cattle a few yards ahead. He recalled seeing tributes eat them in past Games and even remembered his own parents telling of them as a good food source should they be placed in the arena. Perhaps the odds are in my favor after all… he thought to himself as he slowly moved closer to his prey. When he was finally close enough to his target, he leapt forward and brought the curved blade of the glaive down on the unsuspecting creature.
