hair colour. Blonde. His hair is sun-kissed blind since he was always out side as a child working under his parents eyes. Unlike his brothers and sisters his hair isn't a curly mob if hair. It is more wavy then anything. It an oddity since everyone expected his hair to be a curly mass just like everyone else.   
eye colour. Blue. A mixture of grey and blue. But it is mostly blue. Most of his brothers have brown eyes but what the heck? He doesn't have curly head, why not make his eyes blue instead of brown.

personality overall. Ashton is outgoing, straight-shooting types. Enthusiastic and excitable, Ashton is "doers" who live in the world of action. Blunt, straight-forward risk-takers, he is willing to plunge right into things and get his hands dirty. He lives in the here-and-now, and place little importance on introspection or theory. He looks at the facts of a situation, quickly decide what should be done, execute the action, and move on to the next thing.

Ashton has an uncanny ability to perceive people's attitudes and motivations. He picks up on little cues which go completely unnoticed by most others, such as facial expressions and stance. He is typically a couple of steps ahead of the person he is interacting with. Ash uses this ability to get what he wants out of a situation. Rules and laws are seen as guidelines for behavior, rather than mandates. If Ash has decided that something needs to be done, then his "do it and get on with it" attitude takes precedence over the rules. However, Ashton tends to have his own strong belief in what's right and what's wrong, and will doggedly stick to his principles.

Ashton has a strong flair for drama and style. He is fast-moving, fast-talking person who haves an appreciation for the finer things in life. He does enjoy gambling or spendthrifts. He is usually very good at story telling and improvising. He typically makes things up as he goes along, rather than following a plan. They love to have fun, and is a fun person to be around. He can sometimes be hurtful to others without being aware of it, as he generally does not know and may not care about the effect his words have on others. It's not that he doesn't care about people, it's that his decision-making process does not involve taking people's feelings into account. He makes decisions based on facts and logic.

Ash's least developed area is his intuitive side. He is impatient with theory, and sees little use for it in his quest to "get things done". He will occasionally have strong intuitions which are often way off-base, but sometimes very lucid and positive. Ashton does not trust his instincts, and is suspicious of other people's intuition as well.

Ashton often has trouble in school, especially higher education which moves into realms where theory is more important. He gets bored with classes in which he feels he gains no useful material which can be used to get things done. Ash may be brilliantly intelligent, but school will be a difficult chore for him.

He will become stifled and unhappy dealing with routine chores. Ashton has a natural abundance of energy and enthusiasm, which makes him a natural entrepreneurs. He gets very excited about things, and has the ability to motivate others to excitement and action. He can sell anyone on any idea. He is action-oriented, and make decisions quickly. All-in-all, he has extraordinary talents for getting things started. He is not usually so good at following through, and might leave those tasks to others. Mastering the art of following through is something which Ashton should pay special attention to.

Ashton has always had a trouble revealing his true self around others. He feels he must be like the person he in interacting with. This makes it hard for people to truly understand who Ash is.

Ash is practical, observant, fun-loving, spontaneous risk-takers with an excellent ability to quickly improvise an innovative solution to a problem. history. Ashton Vance was the sixth child and last child born to the Barker family of District 7. But that isn't what someone would be called a blessing. But why wouldn't it be? A nice house, enough money for extra things and loving parents - wait. Scratch that. Let's go with abusive parents. Yes that works. His older siblings has gotten the worst of it. They make them work while they sit back and enjoy the view, their children working of course. No one knows about this though. His parents put on an act for the neighbors. They would put on a smile and laugh - but all the Barkers could see threw that cheeky grim. An act. It was just an act.

Ashton didn't get the worst of his parents like the others. His oldest siblings always took the wrath of his parents for him. They would try to talk them out if it by saying he was only a kid. Which only lead to more problems, but the spotlight off him. Now having a brother and sister always sticking up for you, it's hard to know how to handle abuse parents when they happen not to be there. When he got it he took it hard. He would cry and freak out, instead of keeping calm like the rest of the kids. He has to look like a fool but what else is he supposed to do? Ask them not to do it? No. He is just supposed to sit there and wait.  

He was the closes to Lucy, the second youngest child of the Barker family. Though he was thankful and good friends with all of his other siblings he connected better with the younger sister. They both didn't work as long since they got tired faster. Even though she was bossy he felt she made a lot of things fun. He would even play dolls with her when he was smaller.  

He never got fantastic grades in school, often having to get a tutor which got in the way of his  parents 'scheduled' working hours. Ashton's lack of wit in school caused his parents to lash out on him many times as a result. As hard as he tried he couldn't focus in school because of it. But he is a smart kid. He came do a lot of things other kids can't. But he is just a waste of time in his parents eyes.
