THE APPEARANCE.
[/color][/font][/left]HEIGHT. 6'0. His father is tall. And his mother is 5'8 , which is tall for a women. His whole family is very tall but not so tall its as though they tower over everyone - well most people.
WEIGHT. 145 pounds. Probably more then 2 thirds of his body weight is his muscle.
BODY TYPE. Muscular Build. He would actually be a little scrawny dude if he didn't work on his muscles. One way he releases stress is by exercising. Loads if stress plus stress reliever equals ripped
HAIR COLOR. Light Brown. It's cut in a shorter style but it isn't shaved to his head. When he was younger, he had blonde hair but as he grew older, it slowly turned into brown.
EYE COLOR. Blue. Blue eyes are a family gene in the Vanderbilt family. Light blue eyes are most common in District 1 but Rex got the eyes. It's one of his favourite features.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES. Dimples! You know? The cute one you see on 5 year old models! Well, he used to be that cute little kids with dimples but as he grew older they make him self aware. But it doesn't stop him to smile!

FULL HISTORY. On February 26th, The first two Vanderbilt children were born right in the heart of District 3, the technology center of Panem. Reyes, also known as Rex, was the first and only male child his parents would ever have. Natalia and Brian met each other at school and were basically your childhood sweethearts. They were best friends all through high school until they got married at the age of 22. It didn't come as a surprise to any of their friends. Those two were basically made to be together. No one could deny it. Natalia and Brian both were into all the same things and clashed perfectly.
Rex has always been in a good condition with his twin sister, Pandora. She is actually the only person he actually knew besides his parents in the first couple hers of his life. Both of his parents worked so he was left alone in the house with his sister and their couldn't care less if they died babysitter. Then when they were around four when his mother was pregnant with Juniper, she got fired. The factory where she worked was sick and tired of her always taking time off work because she had to watch the kids or because she was in maturity. With no mercy Natalia was fired and couldn't find a job where ever she looked. She always knew her boss' big mouth would haunt her. Tired of trying uselessly she went home and would be a stay at home mother for the rest of her time.
When he was old enough to be sent to school he and his sister were shoved out the door with their school supplies. Pandora and Rex didn't exactly put off a well reputation academically wise. Pandora was extremely absent minded and flunked half her classes while Rex was polar opposite. Why did they have a problem with Rex if he was so smart? This kid had ideas. How to make everything better. From new lunch menu to a law Rex would try and try to get people to listen. His efforts were failures since no one understood him - even his parents. They only person that could understand him was Pandora. Maybe it was because she was the only one that would listen and didn't laugh in class when he said something everyone thought was stupid.
Growing up around all girls was and wasn't the greatest thing in the world. It sure would have been nice to grow up with a brother to talk about guy things with. But don't get me wrong - he loved all four of those girls. There were perks and plummets to the whole 'only guy in the house besides dad' scenario. He alway had the most chores and responsibility. Maybe it was a good thing in disguise but growing up with it wasn't the funnest thing. But he also got a lot of attention from his father when he was home.
