The sixth tribute to post at the giant ice cube will trip and fall against it, and their tongue will accidentally get stuck to it. The absolute ONLY way to free them is to cut off their tongue for 9 damage. They cannot eat, drink, or fight while attached to this ice cube, so if not freed, they will certainly die.
