2 Attacks Per Round Rule - MUTTS

Alright, so because you all team up on mutts, kill them, and then flee after one round, mutts are becoming virtually useless. I don't remember who decided you could team up on mutts, but I don't like it. So I'm invoking from this point on the 2 attacks per mutt per round rule for them as well, not just people. Only two members of your alliance can attack a mutt each round; the rest have to attack a different one. Obviously the exception is if you're only fighting one mutt.
