PYROPE ♛ BLACKMORE

She is a malevolent ~~princess~~ queen, coming into the lives of cheerful people with her lips full of bright promises. Along with her comes suffering. The suffering is a wild dark horse, and Pyrope is the one behind the reins. She keeps it concealed until she's used up her victim, and then she unleashes her torment upon them. Pyrope then leaves them with bruises blooming on their skin and bleeding cuts, cuts that will one day become scars, just a dark piece of their past.

Pyrope does not allow herself to feel remorse for her actions. She feels nothing but joy. (There was once a time when Pyrope was so angry, she shoved a five-year-old on the ground, and because of her soft spot for children, she felt a wave of guilt, apologized, and helped the child up.) She is a sadist, and she knows that, deep down, but no one else does. Pyrope manages to uphold her angelic reputation, despite the pain she causes. (There are too few victims for the word to get around, and no one believes those who say that she is cruel.) When people look at her, all they see is an angel. But a demon dances in her large, dark brown eyes.

But how could there be so much hatred swirling behind her pretty face? How could there be so much cruelty sparking in those eyes? It seems unlikely that such a beautiful, delicate looking girl could cause so much pain. Perhaps it is her childhood that molded her into this bitter person, or maybe she was born to hate. From a first look at Pyrope, one would see locks of dark brown hair framing a pretty face and lightly tanned skin. One would see Pyrope's delicateness and her jovial, white-toothed smile. One wouldn't see the darkness that dances within. People mistake beauty for innocence far too often, as they often do with Pyrope. (And Pyrope, being her ~~lovely~~ self, takes advantage of people mistaking her for an innocent.)

Although she is mistaken for an innocent because of her reputation and fragile appearance (it appears that she couldn't hurt a fly), she does not want to be innocent. She once told that to her best friend, and she asked, "Why?" Pyrope replied without a hesitation, "Because the innocents are always the first to die." She said it as if it was obvious, as if it were a known fact. (And shouldn't it be a known fact?)
