My suggestion, if you're still having trouble finding someone, is to ask your allies (or whoever is sitting for them) to handle Luna as well as their own tribute. It's possible to be logged in to more than one account at once, if you either use a different browser or login at both the url (hungergamesrpg.com) and the proboards url (thehungergamesrpg.proboards.com). From what I've heard, it's not that much more difficult to do two tributes instead of one.
