12 Tributes Remaining - Frame

When there are 12 tributes remaining, the Golden Portrait Frames will begin to change. It will morph from standard portraits to one where the loved one(s) change, into something more sinister. Still sepia, but the loved ones will appear mangled, beaten, poisoned, broken, dead. At every anthem, a new death shall appear.
