On day 5 the area surrounding the spire will fill with a poisonous gas. Anyone in the area will have to roll to determine the effects of this gas according to the following table.
1 - No effect
2 - Laughing Gas symptoms (inebriation) - 0 damage
3 - Excessive coughing - 3 damage
4 - Nausea and vomiting - 5 damage
5 - Loss of function of upper extremities for the remainder of the day (inability to hold weapons) - 5 damage
6 - Unconsciousness (Tribute left at mercy of allies) - 8 damage
7 - No effect
