The first tribute to make a reference to Frozen, after the Bloodbath has concluded, will have to ”let it go” as a giant gust of wind picks up, taking with it items from their inventory. The amount of items will be determined by a dice roll, depending on how many they have, and the items will also be randomised. This will also affect any tribute who references the movie from here on out.
