2nd Tribute to Survive Fight with Deep Stomach Injury

The 2nd tribute to come out of a fight alive after suffering a deep wound to the stomach (stabbed in stomach, deep gash on stomach, knife/arrow/axe in stomach) will find that the wound has become infected. They will sustain an additional +4 damage at the beginning of each day.

The tribute may be sponsored antibiotics for $11000 (Day 1 price) but they will take 2 days to go into effect. (i.e. a tribute who takes antibiotics on Day 3 will still sustain +4 damage at the beginning of Day 4, but will no longer sustain +4 damage on Day 5 or after.)
