I quickly recover from my short little outburst just seconds ago. I was afraid of what is ahead, it had seemed as if Leo was dancing on a thin sheet of glass. His body was becoming a canvas for those monsters to paint his blood upon. Though I really couldn't call them monsters. I had been more cruel to Leo then any of these people. I somehow wish that I was the one ripping him apart, because my lies and my thievery of his kindness is so much worse then simply taking his life. I have taken advantage of a boy that was simply living, breathing, and giving. I had known that he was a tool of my own imagination. I was destroying him piece my piece, all the while not laying a single finger on him.
I was as his flesh is torn from his body, and I cont keep up my act. Tears begin to sear from my ducts. I was breaking yet again. My body becoming numb, I was no grace of god, but a sad broken girl. Watching all of those that had ever cared for her fall. His face screams with pain, his body shivering with sweat, but dripping crimson. I wanted so badly to shield him from this all, but how could I shield him from myself? I was the scared child at the end of the blade, I was shoving his body full of utter remorse. I was erasing the face of yet another victim...
I wanted to scream the words I KILLED PAIGE HOPE...but I couldn't I was too weak, and now Leo may die never knowing the bitter snake I am.
"Now I lay them down to sleep."
