>Herbs (you may pick 1 set of herbs per day spent on the medicinal plants island) -2.0 damage (before or after fights)
>Bandages (25ft) - use 5ft per fight (per person, if you have more in an alliances) --0.5 damage if you didn't take the First Aid station and -1.0 if you did.
>Needle and Thread - may be used twice total. Good for -2.5 damage without first aid station, -5.0 with first aid station.
>Antipyretics/antibiotics - in case of ingestion of tainted water on a non-water island, you may take antibiotics to prevent yourself from dying (at the expense of being moved up to 5hp from death) if taken on the same day. When used in conjunction with antipyretics (fever-reducing medicine) the tribute will be moved up to 7.5 points from death, rather than five. One use each.
