Welcome to the opening event of the Ms/Mr Capitol Pageant!
I hope you have all your curls sprayed in place, and outfits bedazzled beyond belief because first up is the Freestyle Design portion of the contest.
In this event, every contestant will take the stage in a costume of their own design. They my take inspiration from the Hunger Games, the Districts, or anything else they may choose. They will be judge on their creativity, detailing, and originality with their outfits. Each contestant can win up to 30 points this round so make sure to wow the judges with your work!
There is no posting order. You have until 11:59pm EST December 30th to post your design. You can upload a drawing as well but it is not required. If you have any questions message either sbeeg or анзие (Anz) .
