What are some other jobs maybe teens would do if they cant mine?

Hey there Oliver, so I have some fun news for you about your question. The truth is that the staff is very flexible with the types of jobs characters undergo in the districts, including District 2. They love to leave as much creativity to writers as possible. Due to this, whatever you come up with should be fine even if they do work in the mines against a certain rule legislating them not to. If you decide to take that route though just be sure to explain how they are able to avoid getting caught. As for other jobs teenagers can do, that too is up to your imagination. Characters can be anything from seamstresses, to baggage clerks at grocery stores, to house cleaners, to practically anything you think of.

Hey! I would assume that D2 would be the more likely place, as District 12 is mostly coal based, meaning that Two would be the place to have forges and blacksmiths, due to it having ores and more expensive produce than Twelve.
