The 2nd tribute to enter into the Howling Winds will get knocked over almost immediately. Thus, causing them to lose an item within their inventory. Said tribute must roll a dice to determine which item they will be losing from within their inventory. The owner of this tribute can choose to remove one weapon from this roll.
