But they were words you took to heart, for Growing Strong were words that you, like many great Vyperions before you, took to heart.

They were ideals that you and your sister Margaery strive to uphold with each breath you take, and they are ideals that you have followed with great dedication to great effect.

But the name Vyperion was but a shadow of its former self in this day and age, and so, taking the advice of your grandmother, the two of you attached yourselves to larger, more reputable Career families in hopes of furthering your Careers.

Your sister joined the Lyons, a family of intricate webs of lies and deceit, while you joined the Staggs, a family whose might on the battlefield was nearly unparalleled.

Both families were split down the middle, and both of you found no trouble finding a niche.

Yours came in the shape of Renly, the middle Stagg child. Sporting a quick wit, a silver tongue, and a pretty face, the boy was nonetheless a black sheep of the family, for he lacked the talent on the battlefield that his brothers were almost famous for.

You were invited into the fold when you fought Robert Stagg to a standstill in a duel. Your ties solidified under the sheets with Renly, strengthening with every affectionate kiss and every caress of a cheek.

You were never meant to set aside your own ambitions for those of another, but it is moments like those when you decide that you really couldn't care less.
