This Story is layered with oppositions and unities, just as any profound creation pertains. A Mother with love and silence of gold. A Father with astonishing powers and connections. A family with deadly secrets slivering amongst their crooked smiles. A baby Sister with scarlet innocence. A set of Twins with unmistakable similarities, yet untold opposing believes. The further the mysteries unfold, the thicker and unknown the plot becomes.

Thievery is the way of Life. As stolen wealth crept into petite, unholy hands, Father’s lips would curl in a satisfied demeanor. Larceny’s features evidently never followed in suit. But as for my own? Father’s acceptance is far more valuable than any fortune he forces us to gather for him. His brutal raft from failure would be avoided, and pride would gleam from his skin. Still both Larceny & I’s expressions are permanently masked by poker-faces, one of the many aspects we’ve been bred for. In concealment I’m aware of my Twin’s distaste for our Creator/Master, facade that I share identical hatred… But is Larceny stealthily aware of my desperation for Father’s approval?

Father’s punishment of being caught, or retrieving prematurely from a mission, has always been beyond cruel. At times his eyes shine even darker than the Peacekeepers he occasionally trades with. And at those moments it’s purely Larceny & I who comfort each other through it. Would he hate me if he discovered my admiration for Father’s power? Would I lose his sheltering hold? I never wish to discover such.
