Well. If you wanna find me, I'll probably be at the docks. Just listen for the music. Everything's better with music, and it doesn't hurt that it brings me a handful of coins every now and then.
What else can you do but make merry and laugh? Laugh at the corrupt Peacekeepers, laugh at the Games, laugh at how we're all on the streets despite District Four supposedly getting the favor of the Capitol?
They show District Four as golden bodies and glistening nets, as gods rising from the seas, but that's not us. The urchins, the fishmongers, the weather-beaten sailors, the sweepers, the street sellers - that's what District Four is made of. And I'm damn proud of who we are. Not that the fatcats will understand.
