Water u Doin (Second Tribute at the Lake)

The second tribute at the lake will suddenly be grabbed on the ankle by a tentacle that extends from the deeps, dragging the tribute underwater. The tentacle is slippery, so the creature - whatever it is - repeatedly loses grip, which thankfully keeps the tribute from drowning.

Only problem is, the creature is persistent, so the tribute is caught in an endless loop of almost-drowning for a long while. Needless to say, they are dragged out of any mandated fight they might have for the day, and they get +4 damage from the constant ankle wrangling.
