The Unnoticed (Samuels of D6 Family Plot)

The Samuels family is no special than any other family located in District 6. No one would give them even a second glance while they walked down the street. Even after the loss of the male District Tribute in the 74th, no one notices. No one knows of the pain they have to mask. No one notices the hard work they do. No one notices another lost soul of The Hunger Games. An average family they become, and an average family they will remain.

No one would have predicted that their own child would be reaped, even with the benefits of a father who works alongside the Capital, taking care of the mutts, or with a mother who loves and cares for her children. As the family aged, it grew as well. It started off with one child, followed by another, and by another, and by another, and ending with a fifth. Two of them got lucky and outgrew the reapings. One remained unlucky and his life got ended in the 74th Hunger Games, outliving only 7 other tributes. The two younger ones’ fates remain unknown, with their ages still allowing them to be reaped. While the death of the middle child brought them a terrible pain, it also brought closeness.

Before the terrible reaping day, the family had taken their semi-close knit family as granted, but the death had strengthened their relationship. While they may never have the middle child ever again, they still have each other. They will never let their time in Panem go to waste. This is the story of the Samuels.


The family consists of the main family of a father, mother, and their five children. The father’s only living relative would be his sister, and her potential family. On the mom’s side, her two brothers live on with their respective families. There are also potential friends and/or workers and/or acquaintances of the children along with their families as well.
Note: Please try to fill out the main families first before making more characters. However, I’m cool with whatever. I’ll edit the spaces as people apply.
Note: The only character that needs to follow anything is the mom in the Mark and Mother Samuels line  at this point. "Our mom always made sure we had everything organized and neat, even if we weren't expecting to have anyone over. She may be short, but she was a lady to be feared." Other than that, feel free to do whatever.
