First Tributes to Kiss - The Lovers

Two small white sheets will float down from above, tangling themselves around the heads of the first two Tributes to kiss in the arena. The tributes will be unable to remove the sheets for the remainder of that day or the following Games day. They may not eat or drink while the sheets are attached. Blinded, any attacks they make must be randomized. Newly drawn items must be drawn for them by an ally (which will count as the ally giving them one of their own items) or the tribute may attempt to draw an item blind, the result of which will be randomized by category (i.e. an attempt to draw a weapon will result in a random weapon from the Tribute's remaining options).
