seeing stars {day 5; oneshot}

I strike Fallon down, then run away. Hopefully I will never see Tamron or Salome left in these games. Hopefully I will never have to see them again. They have seen me be a murder for a third, and hopefully last time before I either go home or am murdered myself.

I take out what I tore from Fallon's dying body, two crayons that would help me survive further these games. Clumsily, with my left hand that has been stained red from the mixture of the crayon melting, my blood, and her blood.

Removing one crayon, I begin to draw my next weapons on the ground, carefully sketching out each individual miniature axe that I would throw at people. I count them up, making sure I had enough for my next victims. Maybe I will somehow become miraculously good at it, just as Lily had in the 70th, but then again that may be too much to hope for.

I take out another crayon and begin drawing on my legs, the two pieces of armor growing and sticking to them as I sketch. The shin guards would be helpful next time someone tried to lunge at my legs just as Fallon did.

As if someone new exactly what I was doing, which they probably did, another crayon came floating down from the sky. Someone must like in me in the capitol to be providing so many crayons for me to use. I take the yellow crayon and place it in my mouth. I no longer have a right hand to draw with and bring my remaining left hand up to my mouth, carefully moving my left hand around to draw lines and form a glove to protect this hand from further assault.

Then I stand up, ready to go find my allies who I have left. I killed someone dear to Lucas, and Riven killed someone dear to me. I couldn't not stay away from them again if not call myself a hypocrite, despite what my heart keeps shouting at me.
