About Me
To most people on the site I'm known by my username Arrows. I've been a member of the site since April 2014 but have been writing for just about as long as I can recall. I've always had a very energetic and imaginative mindset making writing one of the my favorite passions and outputs.
Currently I'm attending University to gain a Major in Acting/Music as well as a Minor in Computer Science. Since theatre is such an important piece of my life I see it reflect a lot in the way I write. Often I look at my characters through the same lenses as I look at characters in a play or musical. In theatre, at least to me, the most important aspect is being able to convey the truest emotions of the characters you are portraying. Theatre digs into the depths of the characters exposing every last one of their deepest truths. With my writing I try to stay true to this idea, I try to develop my characters in ways that display their true inner selves and draw off their past experiences/stories. I think my absolute favorite thing about writing is also this development and revealing of characters' true selves.
