this is your job, our parents said and pressed pennies to our eyes, this is how you make it in the world.

and it didn't really make sense until my first time, slipped some faulty new drug that max found to a guy three times my size and watched when he started foaming, still swinging his fists as he fell all the way down. I think he came back around after, wanted his money back, but it didn't matter because I won anyways and if I hadn't then we'd be having a lot bigger problems.

because max says that when we die our teeth all fall out.

and I don't think he'd be able to clean up mine.
