TORA DE MANTA— district four [finished]

"Shh...let me take care of you." She purrs into his ears, soft but salacious. Her hands glides up his inner thigh, eyes locked and full of lust. Tora leans in and impishly nibbles on the end of his nose. "Stay right here," she teases him, as his arms are tied to bedpost.

"W-What...Where-" he's cut off as she places her finger gently on his lips.

"Don't worry, I'll be right back baby."

Tora walks out of the room, her brown bare legs strutting seductively. She twists her head before she's out of the door, black curls bouncing on her head. He notices a scar on her arm and asks, "What's with the scar?" She smirks, "Occupational hazard," She bares her teeth and teases him before she disappears back out of the doorway. The man stares at where she left, still waiting for the good time she promised him outside the bar.

"Look what I found," her hand appears in the doorway, a black blindfold dripping from her long fingertips. "Put it on." she demands, throwing it at him. "Oh, I forgot, I tied you up." Her face breaks out into a sly smile. Tora wraps her fingers around his face, pulling it closer and pulling the mask over his eyes.

"Thank you for the very generous donation to the orphans of District Four, Mr, Rivers," Her hands are now deep into the pockets of the man's pants, pulling out the money stored in them. She collapses onto the chair behind her, counting the paycheck she just received.

"Wha-," he started with a confused voice, "Let me out of these right now, you're not being funny."

Tora shakes her head, edges of her lips curling up with amusement. "No, I don't think I will," her green eyes glint with mischief, and then quickly turn sour. "Rich people like you have stomped on my family long enough, this is not a crime, this is retribution." Her words are full of disgust, her smile turned into a sneer.

"My mom hooked up with a man like you. They fucked a couple times and she thought they were in love. She said she could feel it in the way he looked at her," Tora scoffed, rolling her eyes. "So when she asked to move in and he said, 'Why would I let a whore like you live in my house?' and then threw her out, she was broken. She said she was fine, just like when our dad left us, but this time she disappeared, left. Never saw her again."

Her eyes went glassy, tears threatening to fall. "Look I'm sorry, but that has nothing to do with me-"

"No, you do not get to be sorry. I don't have a mother anymore, my sister, who's nine doesn't have a mother anymore. It's because of rich men like you who fuck whores instead of their wives that I don't have a mother anymore. I will never have a mother again, so the best thing I can do is make the type of people who caused her to leave, hurt. I can make them cry, I make them scream, I can make them beg, I can ruin their lives, just like they did to us."

Tora got up from the chair and is standing over the man, filled up with anger. "You're not going to remember this anyway. You're going to wake up to your wife walking in on you like this and with all the money in your pockets gone, and you won't remember why."

"If you're wondering how I slipped them to you, it was in your drink, courtesy of a peacekeeper who very much likes my friend. Why are you not speaking anymore?"

She slaps him and he doesn't move, so she checks his pulse and sighs. "Well that happened a lot quicker than expected."

Tora became the guardian of her little sister after her mother disappeared because she was already eighteen by the time she was gone. She did everything for her sister now that she was the sole provider for her family. She worked on a fishing boat, went to school and the career academy, and had her side job. Sometimes she barely gets any sleep, but to her it is worth making her sister happy. She is not a mean person, but she is loyal and loved her mother, she just had a questionable way of dealing with her grief.
