Most Districts watch the Hunger Games in their town square. The career Districts have an entire, separate square dedicated to them. Figures, right? People come here to watch the Reaping and the interviews, to cheer on their tributes, and, in the worst case scenario, mourn them.

Board Description
District Two
A District fallen from grace was once known for their production of luxury jewels and the training of Panem's Law enforcement. These days however, the air contains the faint smell of trash, if it is blowing in the right direction. Mines that had been once mined for gems have been converted to landfills. The academies that once housed Peacekeepers have been renovated into Recycling Plants. Despite their downfall, the wealthy citizens remain largely unaffected, supported by the wealth they acquired before the shift. However these changes have made it evident of the class division that splits the district. Though the district still remains a career district, the changes are a constant reminder of Panem's disappointment in them.
