You can't blame him for your father, but you certain can send your hate upwards to whoever is listening to you. Life for you is tough, watching your older brother work hard to want to be a peacekeeper, a better one than your father. Abel's name being thrown in and the frustration of not knowing why he had thrown his chance at a good life away. You didn't understand and you won't ever understand, but you try your best to.

Ever since you were born, you swore your life to being devoted to your beliefs, whether your father, brothers, or anyone else ever disagreed. You trained hard in a junior peacekeeper program that seemed to be ran by some of the rough men of the school, holding fake rifles and wearing mock Peacekeeper uniforms like you were already one of them. You whine and fought with your old man, but you still listen partially to what he has to say as if your childlike desire of having a close relationship to your father meant something. You had lost hope, but deep down, you still carried that desire, that want, and that hope for him to one day treat you like a son.

You are honor. You are strength. You are pure.

You will be a peacekeeper.

You'll make sure no one ends up like your good for nothing father.
