Garrett is 5'9", Scarred (but smoothish) skin, which is creamy white, with his light blond-brownish hair, he is muscalar-ish, and wears hunting boots, dark jeans, dogtags, and a non-specific T-Shirt. He is thin, with Tanned skin, he is strong enough from hunting and work. He can lift heavy weights from factory work, and his thin weight makes him able to clime trees. He cant hang in one like Katniss, but he can become a treetop sniper if the job demands it.

Personality:

Garrett is not hostile, but not friendly. He is not charasmatic, but he isnt shy either. He is smart, stealthy, quick, and careful to make indentifications certain people (with foxlike faces) will or did make. Garrett doesnt usually carry on a conversation, and isnt afraid to face his fears, but he is afraid of death, although it will come to him eventually.

History:

Although Garrett was in a wealthy family, he never took much money. His Great Uncle fought for the District 13 Rebels, and his family lived in District 3 most of their lives. Cousins in every districts didnt make anything easier. His parents, Jesse and Stephen Vanderbilt live in a large house with him. He isnt a career tribute, but he is prepared to fight the tributes at any time. He learned hunting from various family members, and other skills from the same family members. He worked as a factory worker for alot of his life, and still does. Life is good for him right now, and he might go all the way to the games this year.
