Sheen Charlton -- District 1

Sheen stands at 6 feet and 3 inches in height and weighs 175 pounds. He has prominent muscle tone all over his body from his constant training. His hair is dark brown and usually uncombed, unless his mother gets a chance to pamper him before he leaves the house. Sheen's eyes are dark brown and are topped by thick, dark brows.

Sheen always dresses well for a district citizen. The fabrics his clothing is made from is almost as high quality as that of the capitol -- though not quite as fine. When he first leaves the house, his shirt is usually tucked in, at the influence of his mother. By the time he gets to school, however, his shirt is hanging out and his pants will sit a bit lower than his mother would like.

When Sheen stands, his posture is slightly hunched and his hands are often tucked into his pockets, sometimes concealing something he shouldn't have. If he looks at another boy, his expression will usually be intimidating or challenging. If it's a girl he's gazing at, he will come off as creepy, thus many girls try to keep their distance from him.

The saying, "If you're not first, you're last," pretty much sums up Sheen. His whole life, his parents have been raising him in preparation for the games. Sheen continues to train rigorously in combat. Any time a new weapon surfaces itself in the Hunger Games, his parents get ahold of it, or something resembling it, and he learns to use it effectively. He is a career to the T.

Sheen is not someone many other teenagers want to be around -- especially girls. He's very creepy when he tries to hit on someone. He has no sense of physical barriers and will openly touch those he barely knows. He's never sexually assaulted anyone, but one would fear that he might.

Sheen's family is very well off and runs one of the finest wineries in all of Panem. This, of course, means Sheen has access to alcohol. He consumes it on occasion, which brings out his scary persona even more.

Sheen has aggression problems and gets into fights, or damages property. He's rarely disciplined more than a slap on the wrist though, as his family is very wealthy and bribes the peace keepers quite successfully with access to the fine wine.

Sheen's parents were also raised as Careers, but to both of their disappointments, were never selected as tributes. Thus, they put all of their hopes and dreams into their son, Sheen. He is trained rigorously for the games, but also spoiled rotten. His father is very proud of his son and dreams of the day his son's name is read at the reaping. His mother is basically a Soccer Mom on steroids and babies him ridiculously.

In addition to his parents, Sheen has a younger sister named Brilliance. She is also training for the games, though not as quite as much as Sheen. The two siblings get along all right, however one wouldn't call them "close".

In one section of the winery, Sheen's father had it completely cleared out and installed a training area for his children to use. It is truly a fantastic area for training and envied by many. If it weren't for the fine wine that is produced and the bribes the Charlton family is willing to make with it, the peacekeepers would have certainly had a problem it by now.

Sheen has a bad history with many people in district 1. He's defaced a lot of property and gotten into many fights. However, due to his family's influence, Sheen gets away with what he pleases.
