'How much longer must I wait?'
Lucas had been asking this question all day, since the moment he had woke up to go for his jog. Nothing seemed to be normal today, it felt like the day was slowly but surely continueing and drawing to be one of the longest days he had been in for awhile. Such a burden, those days are some of the most annoying things that could happen to someone. Today was a pretty day, it wasn't as cold as he had expected it to be.
For the first time in awhile, he had worn his training uniform to go for his jog. His training uniform was silver with a light purple vest with silver pants that allowed him to be able to move fairly easy. He was having a slow start to the day and for him it has felt like 4 hours when it has barely been over one. That may be because he didn't get as much sleep as he had wished for. He couldn't keep his mind on one topic at the moment and he wanted to start his training as soon as possible, but for some reason it seemed like no one he knew was out this morning. How much longer til someone came along?
He couldn't relax today, this past week had been a big blur to him. What had he learned in school? Nothing that he had the mind to remember. He couldn't even remember if he had put his shoes on for the week, or even for the run he is one at the moment. What a horrible start to the day, not being able to realize if you are even wearing shoes.
Impatience kicks in and stupidity is close behind. Turning the corner to continue on his normal route, he turns and almost slams into someone running the opposite direction, trying to make sure he didn't hit them, he rolled to the side trying to be sure that he wouldn't collide with them, it wouldn't have hurt to collide with them. It would, however, be very awkward.
"Sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going." Lucas said as he got back onto his fight, trying to realize if he had seen the person before. He didn't seem to recognize them, maybe they would want to train also.
