Marianne Taylor, District 10

Marianne has blonde hair often in plaits, but sometimes she lets it down. She has wavy hair and sometimes it's pretty strange. She looks quite young for her age, often stirring up confusion of how old she is - some people think 12, 13, but nobody suspects she's 14. Marianne likes her hair best of all.

She has quite a lot of scars on her body, and she doesn't like them. Also her hair is slightly lop-sided. Marianne is very embarrassed because, along with her flat stomach, she has a flat chest, unlike the other girls her age. She wishes that one day she'll catch up with her friends and be counted normal in school.

Once you get past the hard outside of Marianne, draped with sarcasm and a cold attitude, you can find a really good-hearted person within. Marianne has dealt with plenty of deaths in her life and she once thought there was no point to her life - once, she said, "There's no point to life if all you do is watch your loved ones have their souls destroyed and then you have to be placed in an arena to be killed by 23 other people."

She is a good person and always thinks about other people, but sometimes she can get worked up over nothing. She is rather neurotic as well, worrying over nothing at all. But beside all this, once you get to know this lovely little girl, she's amazing. She tries to be enthusiastic about herself but she just finds herself not liking her personality.

She doesn't have many friends, and prefers solicitude to being in a huge group of girls. This makes her an easy bully target at school, but her slyness means she outsmarts the dumb bullies. She likes outsmarting people and that's that. That's the personality of Marianne Arianna Eloise Taylor from the district of 10.

Marianne's mother was Eloise Taylor, and she was a good person. However she was tricked by a womanizer and she fell for him, not knowing he was in love with many other women. Eloise was the one he married but he still flirted. Eloise was soon pregnant and she told Zak, her husband. He acted pleased but then just stole some of Eloise's money she was going to use to buy a crib and other baby equipment, and went to the pub, getting women drunk then going to their house for the night..

Eloise got worried about how her baby would feel growing up barely even knowing her father. But one night Zak wasn't going out, but he drank at home instead. Then Eloise cried out in pain, and Zak was still sober enough to understand, so he took her straight to the hospital. Eloise gave birth to Marianne that night, and she was so thrilled she gave Zak a huge kiss on the lips and then gave Marianne one as well.

When they got home Zak went straight to bed, but Eloise stayed up until Marianne went to sleep. In the morning, Eloise noticed that Marianne was being awfully silence, so she went to her room. And Marianne wasn't there! Eloise screamed and then got Zak. He didn't care much for the baby, and it had been him who took Marianne at the dead of night and put her in the town square, hidden away.

Eloise began to search desperately, wanting her only baby so bad. Then she reached the town square, and picked up her baby from behind a tree nearby. She was so relieved that her baby was safe and sound. When she returned home with Marianne, Zak was so furious. 'Why hadn't I just drowned the pathetic little girl and ended it?' But he couldn't say that, so he just acted pleased and kissed Eloise.

5 years later, when Marianne was 5, her mother was still wondering who had hidden the baby. Then it struck her - it must have been Zak. He hadn't been that enthusiastic about Marianne as Eloise was.

"It was you, wasn't it?" she asked angrily as she moved towards Zak. "You hid my baby in the town square!" Zak smirked. "Yes, I did. I'm surprised it took you 5 years to find out."

But Eloise made sure that Zak left, and to this day, Eloise and Marianne live happily together. (But in a plot coming up soon, Eloise dies and Marianne has to live with some kind of evil aunt and uncle! Lol)
