Fredrikk Fairchild, The Capitol

Fredrikk is rather obsessed with changing his hair color and sports a new color at least twice a week, though never goes near his natural shade of blonde. Lately he's been obsessed with dying it varying degrees of the color blue. He is 6'3", skinny, and his nose juts out farther than is normal. He, however, thinks of it as a distinguishing factor. He stays true to the Fairchild name by being gorgeous despite his flaws.

Fredrikk has a short temper. He is an elite socialist and is constantly interacting with people who have to pretend to like him because of his high ranking status. He often talks trash about his first wife and pretends that his daughter is almost non-existent, despite the fact that Serena is living with him. He is very attached to his girlfriend, and very much enjoys the physical side of their relationship.

Fredrikk married Emilia when he was 26. They had a child when he was 28. They all lived together more or less happy until he was 44. Fredrikk and Emilia then went through a nasty divorce because Emilia has sponsored a tribute he did not approve of. He got most of the money, in exchange for also taking in their daughter, which neither of them wanted because she was a reminder of their past. Just two months after their divorce, Fredrikk became involved with another women, Bridget. He and Bridget have never gotten married but she has since moved in with him.
