Constance has reached the respectable age of 49, and in doing so, has accumulated many opinions and prestigious reviews from those in her faculty. She is an esteemed writer, theologist (within reason), and even a prolific lecturer when she is permitted residency in the local university. Her two children are almost at Reaping age, and before they get there, she wants to ensure she is in a position of security for them and their future. While their father is ever-supportive of all of Constance's actions, he himself is a studious fellow and keeps his own ambitions quite private from Constance. They work together in the field of study, and in the field of parenthood, but for all she knows he could have a hundred ulterior motives. Their dynamic may be unique, but it is what has worked for two very busy people who share the parenting of two equally busy children.

Gunning not only for honorary president of the university, she wishes to extend her influence further, and seek to appease the masses of District Three. Meetings, arrangements, deals. Anything that will solidify her future, but more importantly, her family's. She's not above the law, however. She is a very honest lady, and would admit any wrong-doing if caught, but that's not to say she will try her damnedest to perverse the course of the Capitol's justice so that those she wishes to protect are out of harm's way. For lack of better words, she is a defiant woman with a noble cause, but equally feels that to achieve it honestly, or with enough skill to evade discovery, is the ultimate route to victory.
