"I bet you have a bunch of pretty words for dirt" said Anna sarcastically.
She was already beginning to reach the end of her patience, Tabeka just talked so much. It hadn't even started to rain yet,
Maybe the, what did she call it, Spiritual cleansing would shut her upthought Anna

Anna just wanted to plug her ears rather then listen to the never ending nonsense the girl seemed to be very good at constantly spewing.
"No that is crap" said Anna mocking Takeba's speech pattern "Dirt it dirt, rain is rain, anyone who wants to put flowery words around it just can't face the truth of it."

Anna wasn't about to let this freak no that she had hit a nerve. Obviously she was bothering her. Between assassins and the games, fish and knives, it was getting more difficult to keep herself alive. If there was one thing Anna always tried to do it was stay alive and out there somewhere someone was doing the exact opposite.
"Well now that you mention it ya, you" said Anna sitting up.
She felt a couple drops on her skin distracting her.
"Oh good the rains starting" she said tilting up her head and smiling at the sky.
She hoped Takeba wouldn't start talking again. Even if she wasn't dribbling out pure waffle she still spoke way to much. Like the girl didn't understand the idea of a direct statement.

Weather it was because she got the hint or became preoccupied with the rain herself Takeba stopped talking. Anna let the rain soak through her newly dried clothes but it didn't feel like enough. She stabbed her knife into the dock before she stood up took one step off the edge of the dock and back into the water.

Anna surfaced to see Tabeka holding her knife.
"Careful with that thing I had to go to hell and back to get that thing" said Anna but part way through her words Tabeka seemed to be taken over by some sort of grief.
Despite her better judgment Anna swam up closer at clung onto the Dock.
"You alright?" she yelled up to the girl over the noise of the choppy water.

Oh great she's not just odd but nuts recognizing something in the girls eyes.
"Hey whatever it is, like I said life is life, it's no better then what it is but it's also no worse" Anna looked up.

"Alright" said Anna even though she knew she wasn't.
She let go off the dock and plunged back underwater.
I'm not getting close to some other nut who just sabotages their own survival with useless baggage thought Anna letting the water push her farther back.
She resurfaced and saw the dock farther away then she intended it to be. She had to work more then she had planed to to get back to the dock. She pulled herself back up and sat back next to the girl.
